Our chef, Anatoly Anisim, has over 15 years of experience in the culinary profession. During this time, he has studied cuisines from around the world, having worked in both small restaurants and 5-star hotel establishments. Anatoly pays particular attention to technology and understands the chemistry and processes involved in food preparation.
