The data of Data Set 3 and 4 are received from the client itself or collected about the client during his/her use of the SL CASINO services.
The data about the client might be analyzed with automated means to propose and ensure higher level service to the client in accordance with the SL CASINO's "SL Casino Players Club" program. Considering the outcomes of such analyses the client might receive additional propositions from the SL CASINO's for discounts, benefits and options using the SL CASINO's Controller's services.
The data storage period:
Data Set 1 is stored for 1 month and it is deleted after it is submitted to the Latvian Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory Inspection.
Data Set 2 is stored for 7 days.
Data Set 3 is stored for the period the client uses "SL Casino Players Club" program and 5 years after the client has requested to exclude him from "SL Casino Players Club" program.
Data Set 4 is stored for 10 years after the wrongdoing act has taken place.
Legitimate interest of the SL CASINO:
In cases when the client violates "SL Casino's internal rules of procedure" or other applicable statutory requirements, the SL CASINO is entitled to prohibit the client to use the services of the SL CASINO. In order to ensure that such persons are not let in the casino premises for the protection of safety of other clients and safety of the SL CASINO's employees and property, the SL CASINO includes such persons in list of wrongdoers (i.e. "Black List").
Recipients of data:
The personal data will be provided to the Latvian supervisory authorities (e.g., Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory Inspection, State Revenue Service) and law enforcement institutions upon respective identified and legitimate request. For provision of money transactions necessary data also provided to banks.
[optional 2] For the purpose stated above the personal data might be made available to the entities contracted by SL CASINO for provision of additional services that might be necessary in order to fulfil the services available and proposed by "SL Casino Players Club" program and requested by the client (e.g. marketing, gambling, hosting, and clients relationships).
Rights of the data subject:
The client is entitled to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of Data Set 3 at any time. However, subsequently the participation of the client in SL Casino Player Club program would have to be terminated, as the provision of the services within SL Casino Player Club program cannot be provided without processing of respective personal data.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing, which is based on the consent given before the withdrawal, and also does not affect the processing which is carried out upon other legal ground (e.g., legal obligations of the SL CASINO or legitimate interests of the SL CASINO, Data Set 1, Data Set 2 and Data Set 4).
The client is entitled to request the access to personal data, rectify or erase his/her personal data, restriction the processing of data concerning the client or to object processing, as well as to receive personal data, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller.
The client is entitled to file a complaint with the local supervisory authority (Data State Inspection).
Security of processing of personal data
SL CASINO applies all appropriate and reasonable technical and physical safeguards in order to protect the personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or loss, modifications, unauthorized use, disclosure or access, and any other unlawful forms of processing. The applied security measures are regularly revised in order to ensure that they are up-to-date with the challenges posed by the environment SL CASINO is operating in.
