A Gaming Tour – is a tour to another city or country arranged by the casino at your request. The average tour lasts for three days. Normally you deposit a fixed amount of cash to buy casino chips according to your desired package, In exchange the casino pays for your hotel room, transfer, food and drinks and in some cases air tickets.
In Shangri La Tbilisi Casino we accept cash and the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, Diner’s Club and Discover. We also accept various currencies in our exchange office.
You need to set a deposit amount according to your budget and inform our manager via email, phone, messenger or the online form about your desired dates. The casino will book a hotel room for you and reserve a car transfer.
If this is your first gaming tour with us, you have to buy airline tickets yourself. If your package includes air tickets, the cost will be reimbursed to you prior to your checkout. For your next trip the casino may buy tickets for you.
We will meet you in the airport arrivals area and provide you with business class car transfer to the hotel.
After we deliver you to your hotel you may wish to have a rest or come to the casino immediately, the choice is yours. You will be required to complete your deposit when you arrive at the casino and play according to the set criteria for the package you nominated. Normal package criteria’s include a minimum length of play each day and a minimum bet for each game.
If you win – all winnings are yours and the tour stays absolutely free for you!

If you inform us about inability to come earlier than 24 hours before your planned departure time, there will be no problem.
If you fail to inform us in advance, or you inform us too late, we will ask you to pay the cost of one night of the room booked for you.

National currency is Georgian Lari (GEL), which is about 3 GEL for a US Dollar. Most international currencies can be easily exchanged in banks and street exchange offices. Shangri La Casino Tbilisi has the currency exchange cash desk where you can change almost any currency into lari with a balanced rate if you intend to buy chips. All major plastic cards are widely accepted including Shangri La Casino.
Tbilisi International Airport is about 20 minutes away from the city center. Average taxi drive from/to the airport costs 30-50 GEL. Average taxi service within the city is about 10 GEL.
